Uniwell Software Developments Ltd has been at the forefront of point-of-sale information technology for over two decades. Unlike most of our competitors, we focus specifically on ePOS software for the hospitality and small retail markets, providing cost-effective and reliable ePOS software systems. We are well established in the industry with over 5000 back office and head office users, and many customers using our bespoke solutions.

Our customers include major operators and leading names in a variety of market sectors. Over the years they have been as diverse as Benetton flagship stores (networked PC-POS and EFT-POS), British Airways (retail turnover rent management), Lakeside Shopping centre (food court turnover rent management), Tottenham Hotspur FC (match day souvenir shops), and Granada TV's Coronation Street experience (attendance monitoring); but for the last ten years we have focused on back office and head office ePOS software for small to large multiples integrating with a wide variety of point-of-sale (POS) terminals.

As well as offering a range of standard, well proven, interlocking packages and modules, we can provide bespoke desktop and web based solutions, consultancy services and assistance with managing enterprise-wide software installations. With our support, for instance, Mecca Bingo were able to roll out a customised StockMaster Professional package to over 120 sites over a period of six months with a minimum of problems. The system fully satisfied the customer's requirements and has been daily use, with full head office control, for more than five years. We are pleased to announce that they have recently decided to upgrade all their sites to a new generation of our software and to continue to work closely with us to provide the ePOS system they need - now and in the future.

By specialising in enterprise-wide hospitality and small retail we have accumulated a depth of experience and a variety of tools that allow us to configure our systems to a customer's requirements and working practices, whilst retaining overall system integrity and stability. Additional services include a fully adminstered online call logging system for rapid response to system issues, and an online outlet software registration system - both available 24 hours a day.
